Complimentary Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders:
- Canada: Free shipping on all orders
- United States & Eligible International Destinations: Free standard shipping on orders of US$99 or more. Orders below US$99 are charged a flat shipping rate of US$16.99.
- Europe & Australia: Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $99 or more. Orders below CAD $99 are charged a flat shipping rate of CAD $19.99.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For most international orders, Smockberry offers Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning duties, import taxes, and customs fees are included at checkout.
This ensures your order arrives without any unexpected charges upon delivery.
In rare cases where DDP is not available for a destination, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the local authorities and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
